Simon Baylis spent 12 years as an assessor for Investors in People, and achieved great results for his clients. Two of them were finalists in the annual IIP awards 2016, including Wilmot Dixon Partnership, who won first place for their CSR work.
He is also a CIPD Associate, a trained auditor for ISO 9001:2008, a qualified business adviser and an Alexander-trained coach.
He founded Simon Baylis Associates in 1998, to help organisations get the best from their people.
Previously, Simon spent 20 years at Freemans plc (£multi-million home shopping company). Having started in the quality function, he took two sections of the business through IIP before running various projects for human resources.
Outside work, Simon's main hobby is photography. In fact, he took most of the images on this site. You can buy some of his best shots on prestigious photo libraries including Alamy and ShutterStock.
