Who can attend LEEN meetings?
Any organisation with an interest in IIP principles and best practice in people management may send delegates to LEEN meetings.
What happens at a LEEN meeting?
Meetings focus on one key subject area, generally with an expert keynote speaker to share their wisdom and inspire you. There's also plenty of time for discussion and networking.
When are LEEN meetings held?
Meetings take place quarterly. They start at 09:00 and include a buffet lunch. They end at around 13:30.
Where are LEEN meetings held?
We run meetings at convenient venues around the East of England region. For example, our launch meeting in January 2018 was hosted at Cranfield School of Management.
What does it cost?
There is no membership fee. Your investment is £125 per meeting, including buffet lunch.
Our next LEEN meeting will take place on the morning of October 16th at St John’s Innovation Centre in Cambridge.

The meeting will focus on ‘Health and Wellbeing’ which was one of the top requests as a topic for a future meeting from previous delegates.
The keynote speaker will be Linda Baston-Pitt from the Old School House Day Nursery – an IIP Platinum organisation that has also achieved the Health and Wellbeing Award.
Book your place now and find out about how Health and Wellbeing is being increasingly seen as a way of recognising,  and motivating, people!
